Frühling auf Immenhof

Die Schulabenteuer der Zwillinge Birgit Westhausen (Billy) und Bettina Westhausen (Bobby) vom Immenhof sind harmlos gegen das Ungemach, das die Generation davor erfährt: Gutsverwalter Horst Janson (Alexander Arkens), der bald die Gutseigentümerin Heidi Brühl (Brigitte, genannt Dalli) heiraten will, muss einen Kredit zurückzahlen und wird eifersüchtig, als Brühl das Geld von ihrem alten Chef bekommen kann. Brühl hingegen wird eifersüchtig, als Janson, beschäftigt mit seinem Projekt von Nostalgieferien mit Ponies, viel Zeit mit Giulia Follina (Sigrid Eversai) verbringt. Am Ende versöhnen sich Janson und Brühl.

Nach dem „Remake“ des ersten Immenhof Films ist dies eine Art Remake des dritten Films „Ferien auf Immenhof“ – ohne Musiknummern für Heidi Brühl, dafür mit Anleihen bei damals populären Pauker-Filmen. Es ist alles nett anzusehen, aber die Figuren haben kaum Profil – die Zwillinge sind das beste Beispiel..

Mit Olga Tschechowa (Großmutter), Franz Schafheitlin (Dr. Fabian Tiedemann), Alexander Grill (Konrad Döberlein), Katharina Brauren (Mutter Karstens), Dieter Stabenow (Kuddel), Esther Rudat (Eva), Martina Glietz (Suse), Söhnke Rowedder (Zack), Thomas Balzer (Hasso), Günter Lüdke (Ole), Henry Vahl (Wedderkopp-Vater), Vera Gruber (Stine).

The school adventures of the twins Birgit Westhausen (Billy) and Bettina Westhausen (Bobby) from the Immenhof pale in comparison to the hardships faced by the previous generation: Estate manager Horst Janson (Alexander Arkens), who is planning to marry the estate owner Heidi Brühl (Brigitte, known as Dalli) soon, has to repay a loan and becomes jealous when Brühl manages to get the money from her former boss. Brühl, on the other hand, becomes jealous when Janson, preoccupied with his project for nostalgic pony holidays, spends a lot of time with Giulia Follina (Sigrid Eversai). In the end, Janson and Brühl make up.

Following the ‘remake’ of the first Immenhof film, this is a sort of remake of the third film, *Holidays at Immenhof* – without musical numbers for Heidi Brühl, but with nods to the teacher-comedy films popular at the time. It’s all quite pleasant to watch, but the characters lack depth – the twins are the best example of this.
